Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Secretary to support our daily office operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage multiple tasks for management and administrative review. You will be responsible for handling daily communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining systematic records. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily communications including emails and phone calls to meet management and professional correspondence targets.
  • Support administrative integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in systematic records, file updates, and meeting schedules.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and team members to coordinate calendars and ensure a smooth operational workflow.
  • Maintain a well-structured work environment by providing general administrative assistance and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to optimize documentation management and professional administrative reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration plus a relevant professional Secretarial or Office Support Certificate.
  • Proven professional experience or a strong interest in core administrative functions within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and systematic documentation processes.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding business English, time management, and professional office protocols.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
