Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant (UAE Nationals only) to support day-to-day office functions within a government organization in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage administrative processes for management and operational review. You will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, preparing official correspondence, and coordinating meeting schedules across departments. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Public Sector Administration and Office Support and a proactive approach to maintaining documentation accuracy and process improvement. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to meet management and public service delivery targets.
- Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in official reports, filing systems, and departmental records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to coordinate meeting appointments and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Handle incoming inquiries professionally while assisting in the resolution of administrative matters and the optimization of office processes.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to optimize documentation management and professional administrative reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration plus a relevant professional Public Administration or Office Support Certificate.
- UAE National status is a mandatory requirement for this professional engagement.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically in an administrative or office support role within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and systematic documentation processes.
- Professional background in education or training regarding government correspondence, time management, and professional communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and the capability to work efficiently in a structured public sector environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard government entity in Abu Dhabi.
