Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can maintain high-performance network infrastructure for management and technical review. You will be responsible for configuring Juniper routing and switching, managing Aruba wireless environments, and overseeing secure web access via Bluecoat proxies. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Enterprise Networking and Security Technologies and a proactive approach to load balancing, VPN administration, and troubleshooting mission-critical systems. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure to meet management and security performance targets.
- Support infrastructure integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in routing tables, wireless configurations, and VPN connectivity logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and security teams to enhance network resilience, reliability, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Administer proxy solutions and load balancing (F5/A10) to ensure secure web access and optimal traffic distribution across the network.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and monitoring systems to minimize downtime and provide professional technical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science plus a relevant professional Juniper, Aruba, or F5 Certificate.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience specifically in network administration and enterprise security.
- Strong background in management of routing/switching solutions, VPN platforms (Ivanti), and secure web monitoring systems (Bluecoat).
- Professional background in education or training regarding network troubleshooting, load balancing protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, analytical problem-solving skills, and the capability to work effectively under technical pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard cybersecurity firm in Abu Dhabi.
