Job Description:

We are recruiting a highly qualified Consultant or Specialist ENT Surgeon to join a leading medical team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage complex ear, nose, and throat disorders for management and clinical review. You will be responsible for both surgical and non-surgical treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated patient care. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Advanced ENT Surgical Procedures and Western Clinical Standards and a proactive approach to maintaining healthcare quality and detailed medical documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage advanced ENT conditions to meet management and clinical patient care targets.
• Support clinical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in surgical records, patient histories, and detailed clinical documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary medical specialists to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
• Execute complex surgical procedures while adhering to international healthcare quality standards and modern ENT best practices.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced medical systems to optimize diagnostic accuracy and professional medical reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Medical Degree plus mandatory Board Certification from the UK, USA, or Europe.
• Proven professional experience specifically practicing as an ENT Consultant or Specialist.
• Strong background in management of complex surgical cases, patient handling, and international healthcare protocols.
• Professional background in education or training regarding otolaryngology advancements, clinical quality standards, and advanced surgical techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, valid DHA license (or eligibility), and the capability to lead integrated medical teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard medical facility in Dubai.
