Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily financial transactions for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for processing invoices, handling accounts payable/receivable, and assisting with bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Fundamental Accounting Principles and UAE Financial Regulations and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate records and optimizing ERP data input. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions and accounting records to meet management and reporting targets.
• Support financial integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and finance teams to support month-end closing procedures and the preparation of accurate financial reports.
• Ensure all accounting activities align with UAE regulations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and analytical detail.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and mandatory ERP systems to optimize financial data input and professional corporate reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a relevant professional CPA, ACCA, or CMA Certificate (aspirants or holders).
• 1–2 years of professional experience specifically in an accounting role within the UAE.

• Strong background in management of mandatory ERP systems, invoice processing, and fundamental accounting principles.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE financial compliance, analytical thinking, and corporate reporting.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard corporate firm in Dubai.
