Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join a growing organization in the UAE construction sector. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage employee-related processes for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily HR functions, managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, and coordinating with PROs for visa and labor card processing. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labour Law and Construction Workforce Management and a proactive approach to payroll administration and HR documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations and administrative activities to meet management and operational efficiency targets.
  • Support regulatory integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in employee records, HR documentation, and UAE Labour Law compliance.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and PROs to manage visa processing, labor cards, and other essential government-related formalities.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including payroll preparation and the administration of employee benefits, while supporting engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HR systems to optimize workforce management and professional administrative reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration plus a relevant professional HR or CIPD Certificate.
  • 4–8 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE construction industry (mandatory).
  • Strong background in management of employee lifecycles, payroll processing, and HR administrative workflows.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law, compliance requirements, and government relations.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and excellent coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard construction firm in Dubai.
