Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage multi-channel marketing efforts for management and brand review. You will be responsible for planning and implementing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, conducting market research, and optimizing ROI through data-driven decision-making. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in SEO Best Practices and Paid Media Performance and a proactive approach to influencer coordination and brand reputation monitoring. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to meet management and brand growth targets.
- Support marketing integrity in Sharjah, ensuring 100% data integrity in campaign reporting, performance metrics, and website traffic analysis.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to execute social media strategies and trade marketing initiatives.
- Optimize paid advertising budgets and keywords while applying SEO techniques to enhance organic search visibility.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools, Google Analytics, and CRM systems to optimize ROI tracking and professional marketing reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications plus a relevant professional Google Ads or SEO Certification.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience specifically in digital marketing.
- Strong background in management of multi-platform campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and influencer marketing.
- Professional background in education or training regarding market research, content development, and performance optimization.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, handle multiple tasks in a dynamic FMCG environment, and provide strong analytical reporting.
