Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join a professional team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage and maintain company documentation for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for organizing digital and physical formats, ensuring proper tracking and retrieval, and coordinating document flow across various departments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage company documents to meet management and project deadlines.
- Support documentation integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in physical filing, digital tracking, and retrieval systems.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to ensure smooth document flow and adherence to control procedures.
- Monitor document versions and ensure full compliance with company policies and established record-keeping standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and document control software to optimize filing efficiency and professional administrative reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration or Business plus a relevant professional Document Control or Admin Certificate.
- Proven professional capabilities specifically in document management or administration.
- Strong background in management of filing systems, digital archiving, and organizational workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Microsoft Office proficiency, version control, and administrative coordination.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard firm in Abu Dhabi.
