Job Description:
We are looking to appoint a highly competent Quality Manager to lead and enhance our quality management systems. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead operational excellence initiatives for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with aviation standards, conducting regular audits, and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management procedures to meet management and aviation regulatory targets.
- Support operational integrity in Fujairah, ensuring 100% data integrity in audit assessments, safety documentation, and internal policy compliance.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and various airport departments to foster a culture focused on safety and operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead improvement initiatives to enhance service quality across all airport operations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and performance management systems to optimize quality tracking and professional aviation reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management or Aviation plus a relevant professional ISO or Aviation Quality Certificate.
- Proven professional experience specifically within quality management in the aviation or airport sector.
- Strong background in management of regulatory compliance, audit procedures, and performance improvement strategies.
- Professional background in education or training regarding aviation standards, analytical thinking, and leadership in high-compliance environments.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard international airport in Fujairah.
