Job Description:
We are expanding our medical team and inviting qualified healthcare professionals to join our professional clinical environment in Sharjah. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients within your specialization to meet management and patient satisfaction targets.
- Support clinical integrity in Sharjah, ensuring 100% data integrity in medical records, patient documentation, and adherence to healthcare standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and fellow medical professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain patient-centered medical care while ensuring full compliance with ethical practices and government healthcare regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and EMR systems to optimize patient tracking and professional medical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Valid Medical Specialization in the relevant field plus MOH or DHA Eligibility/License preferred.
- Proven professional experience specifically within the UAE healthcare sector.
- Strong background in management of patient care plans, clinical expertise, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Professional background in education or training regarding patient management, diagnostic standards, and ethical healthcare practices.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong clinical judgment, and excellent teamwork abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard medical centre in Sharjah.
