Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to join our finance team in Business Bay. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily accounting operations for management and fiscal review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing statements, and ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Reporting Standards and Regulatory Compliance and a proactive approach to audit support and internal controls. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operations to meet management and financial performance targets.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in financial statements, VAT filings, and corporate tax documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and auditors to provide necessary documentation and ensure smooth internal control processes.
- Manage and record complex real estate and forex-related financial transactions with high precision and accuracy.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools, advanced Excel, and accounting software to optimize data management and professional financial reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a relevant professional CPA, ACCA, or VAT Compliance Certificate.
- 3–5 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE accounting or finance sector.
- Strong background in management of financial statements, month-end closing, and year-end reporting cycles.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Taxation, IFRS standards, and internal auditing.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard real estate firm in Dubai.
