Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join our team in Al Qusais. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can act as the primary point of contact for management and guest review. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating communication across various departments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients to meet management and service quality targets.
  • Support administrative integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in call logs, visitor documentation, and clerical record-keeping.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical teams to coordinate smooth communication and office flow.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception environment while ensuring all front-office operations comply with company standards.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Office applications to optimize administrative tracking and professional office reporting.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or High School qualification plus a relevant professional Communication or Office Admin Certificate.
