Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Coordinator and HR Assistant to support our day-to-day operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage administrative workflows and HR support functions for management and operational review. You will be responsible for updating property listings across online portals, managing CRM records, and assisting in recruitment processes. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Real Estate Documentation and HR Administrative Protocols and a proactive approach to office coordination and employee documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update property listings and CRM records to meet management and visibility targets.
  • Support operational integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in contracts, property documentation, and employee files.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical teams to coordinate recruitment scheduling and onboarding activities.
  • Oversee daily office coordination, schedule property viewings, and ensure compliance with established company standards.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Office platforms to optimize CRM accuracy and professional administrative reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HR plus a relevant professional Admin or HR Management Certificate preferred.
  • Proven professional capabilities specifically within real estate, administration, or HR roles.
  • Strong background in management of online property portals, CRM systems, and administrative task prioritization.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding recruitment support, communication skills, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and the capability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard realty firm in Dubai.
