Job Description:
We are seeking experienced finance professionals at the Assistant Manager level to join our growing team. These roles are fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring specialists who can oversee high-impact financial operations for management and strategic review. You will be responsible for either overseeing end-to-end General Ledger functions or leading budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Financial Analysis, Statutory Reporting, and Performance Optimization and a proactive approach to audit coordination and data-driven insights. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end GL functions or lead budgeting/forecasting to meet management and performance targets.
- Support fiscal integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in journal entries, financial models, and statutory reports.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and auditors to maintain strong internal controls and adherence to financial policies.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and variance reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced financial systems to optimize reporting accuracy and professional organizational efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a relevant professional CPA, CFA, or CMA Certificate preferred.
- Proven professional experience specifically at an Assistant Manager or similar level within finance.
- Strong background in management of general ledger closing, budgeting, and detailed financial analysis.
- Professional background in education or training regarding IFRS standards, variance analysis, and healthcare industry finance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, excellent analytical problem-solving skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a leading healthcare institution in Abu Dhabi.
