Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive / Sales Officer to join our team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end sales activities for management and performance review. You will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and invoices, following up on pending payments, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline operations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Sales and Marketing Practices and Customer Database Management and a proactive approach to improving sales performance and client satisfaction. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales activities to meet management and revenue targets.
  • Support trading integrity in Sharjah, ensuring 100% data integrity in quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and customer databases.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and operational teams to streamline sales procedures and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to enhance sales performance and customer service standards.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to optimize payment tracking and professional sales reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field plus a relevant professional Sales or Marketing Management Certificate.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience specifically within sales, marketing, or trading roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are required to facilitate this professional engagement.
  • Strong background in management of client relationships, payment collections, and independent sales functions.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE market trends, negotiation techniques, and operational coordination.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard trading firm in Sharjah.
