Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead educational or administrative functions to meet management and child development targets.
- Support educational integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in student records, financial reports, and curriculum documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic teams to foster a supportive setting and ensure compliance with nursery regulations.
- Design and implement innovative learning strategies that promote creativity and holistic child development.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and educational platforms to optimize classroom tracking and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or CACHE Certification (Level 3 or 5) plus relevant Attested Credentials.
- Proven professional experience specifically within the UAE nursery or early years sector (2+ years for leadership/admin roles).
- Strong background in management of classroom environments, educational finance, or administrative operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding early childhood development, sales coordination, or native Arabic instruction.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a passion for nurturing young learners, and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard nursery group in Dubai.
