Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily financial operations for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring full compliance with UAE accounting standards and IFRS. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Reporting and UAE Tax Regulations and a proactive approach to budgeting, forecasting, and audit support. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledgers and daily financial operations to meet management and fiscal accuracy targets.
• Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and auditors to assist in VAT filing processes and maintain compliance with UAE regulations.
• Contribute to financial forecasting and monitor operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and accounting software (SAP/Tally/QuickBooks) to optimize reporting accuracy and professional organizational efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a relevant professional CPA, ACCA, or Financial Analysis Certificate.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE accounting or finance sector (mandatory).
• Strong background in management of complex financial records, bookkeeping, and year-end reporting cycles.
• Professional background in education or training regarding IFRS standards, Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables), and UAE compliance.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong attention to detail, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard advisory firm in Dubai.
