Job Description:
We are urgently seeking qualified and experienced General Practitioners to join our medical teams across onshore and offshore site clinics in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver frontline medical care for management and site-based clinical review. You will be responsible for handling emergency situations, providing routine medical care in remote locations, and ensuring compliance with the highest healthcare standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Emergency Room (ER) Care and Remote Site Medical Operations and a proactive approach to clinical decision-making. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate and effective medical care in emergency and routine situations to meet management and clinical safety targets.
- Support clinical integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in patient records, incident reports, and site-clinic documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and emergency response teams to handle medical evacuations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Maintain high standards of healthcare services at remote onshore and offshore site locations, demonstrating strong clinical judgment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and medical recording systems to optimize patient tracking and professional clinical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) plus a Valid DOH or DHA License to practice in the UAE.
- Mandatory professional experience specifically within the UAE and with a strong Emergency Room (ER) background.
- Strong background in management of emergency medical situations, frontline care, and site-based clinical operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding pre-hospitalization standards, remote clinic protocols, and UAE healthcare regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong decision-making skills, and the flexibility to work in onshore/offshore environments.
- Willingness to commit to a two-year full-time employment contract.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a leading medical provider in Abu Dhabi.
