Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC systems to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can implement quality procedures for management and technical compliance review. You will be responsible for conducting site inspections, verifying material standards, and ensuring all HVAC installations meet project specifications. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to meet management and project quality targets.
- Support technical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in inspection reports, QA/QC documentation, and compliance logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams to resolve quality-related issues and verify that materials meet required standards.
- Conduct regular site checks to verify that HVAC installations align with project requirements and industry specifications.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and engineering documentation to optimize quality reporting and professional organizational efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus relevant professional QA/QC Engineering Credentials.
- Proven professional experience specifically within HVAC construction projects (UAE or GCC experience is preferred).
- Strong background in management of quality control procedures, site inspections, and technical compliance monitoring.
- Professional background in education or training regarding HVAC technical standards, industry specifications, and quality documentation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and the capability to coordinate effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard engineering firm in Dubai.
