Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Auditor to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can perform financial and process reviews for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for assisting senior auditors in preparing reports, verifying financial data accuracy, and identifying gaps in internal controls. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Auditing Principles and Financial Compliance Standards and a proactive approach to process improvement and audit documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting financial and process audits to meet management and accuracy targets.
• Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in audit reports, internal control evaluations, and financial verifications.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and senior auditors to identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better efficiency.
• Ensure all audit activities are completed within strict deadlines and in full alignment with company policies and accounting standards.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and audit software to optimize data verification and professional organizational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit plus relevant Financial Auditing Credentials (CA firm training is an added advantage).
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience specifically in financial and process audits across any industry.
• Strong background in management of internal controls, compliance standards, and detailed financial documentation.
• Professional background in education or training regarding auditing principles, accounting standards, and process efficiency.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard group in Dubai.
