🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional medical or administrative services to meet management and patient-care excellence targets.
- Support clinical/operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in medical records, patient documentation, and front-desk reporting.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and overall hospital wellbeing.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery while adhering to strict healthcare protocols and organizational guidelines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and healthcare software to optimize patient tracking and professional clinical/office reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Must be a UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book/Emirates ID.
- Relevant Degree or Certification (BSc in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or Business/Admin) per the Academic Foundation required for the role.
- Strong background in management of professional patient care or office-based administrative support.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE healthcare standards, communication skills, and team-oriented collaboration.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, provide high-quality support, and commit to long-term professional development.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a leading healthcare institution in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.
