🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery to meet management and guest experience targets.
- Support service integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in transaction records, guest inquiries, and operational logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to lead, train, and manage staff to enhance performance and team cohesion.
- Manage guest interactions, ticketing, and seating with a focus on professional organizational reporting and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and POS systems to optimize box office transactions and professional service delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or a related field plus relevant Hospitality Service Credentials.
- Proven professional experience in fine dining (Manager role) or cinema/hospitality environments.
- Strong background in management of Italian cuisine service standards, guest handling, and front-desk operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding hospitality protocols, Arabic language proficiency (Mandatory for Usher/Cashier), and team leadership.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, be well-presented, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard group in Abu Dhabi.
