Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage government-related procedures for management and operational compliance review. You will be responsible for obtaining road permits, processing cargo NOCs, and handling labor/immigration documentation across all UAE emirates. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Transport Regulations and Government Systems and a proactive approach to handling multi-authority approvals and project-based permissions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and UAE government authorities to meet management and compliance targets.
- Support regulatory integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in transport permits, labor contracts, and immigration filings.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and operations teams to align permit requirements with strict project timelines.
- Obtain road and transport permits across all Emirates, managing special cargo movement NOCs and required documentation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and government portals to track applications and optimize professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field plus relevant UAE PRO Credentials.
- Proven professional experience specifically working as a PRO in the UAE transport or logistics sector.
- Strong background in management of RTA approvals, labor law procedures, and immigration documentation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding government systems, documentation processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask efficiently, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain workflow.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard transport firm in Dubai.
