Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Phase 4 to lead our senior secondary section (Grades 9 to 12). This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage academic operations for management and KHDA compliance review. You will be responsible for overseeing curriculum delivery for CBSE and Kerala Boards, mentoring teaching staff, and ensuring academic excellence across the phase. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Secondary Education Leadership and KHDA Compliance Processes and a proactive approach to student discipline, pastoral care, and result improvement strategies. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and oversee the functioning of Grades 9–12 to meet management and KHDA standards.
• Support academic integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in assessments, curriculum mapping, and student performance records.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department to supervise, guide, and mentor teaching staff to uphold high pedagogical standards.
• Coordinate pre-board and mock examinations while maintaining effective communication with parents and school stakeholders.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and school management systems to optimize result analysis and professional organizational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Regular Master’s Degree along with a B.Ed. qualification (Mandatory) plus relevant Educational Leadership Credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years specifically within the UAE education sector.
• Strong background in management of senior secondary classes (Grades 9–12), specifically within CBSE or Kerala Board frameworks.
• Professional background in education or training regarding KHDA guidelines, curriculum management, and pastoral care systems.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and lead a diverse faculty team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard school in Dubai.
