Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to support our financial operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily accounting functions for management and financial performance review. You will be responsible for handling AP/AR, invoice processing, and MIS reporting. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Tally ERP and Taxation Compliance and a proactive approach to budgeting, forecasting, and audit assistance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping to meet management and accuracy targets.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in financial statements, invoice processing, and payment entries.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to track payroll-related expenses and manage budgeting data.
- Support MIS reporting and financial forecasting to facilitate professional organizational reporting and strategic planning.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Tally ERP to optimize data reconciliation and professional financial reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce plus relevant professional Accounting Credentials.
- Proven professional experience specifically within accounting and financial reporting roles.
- Strong background in management of AP/AR, MIS reporting, and internal/external audit procedures.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Tally ERP, advanced Microsoft Excel, and taxation laws.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong analytical thinking skills, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard tourism firm in Dubai.
