Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can implement QHSE policies for management and regulatory compliance review. You will be responsible for conducting audits, managing risk assessments, and delivering safety briefings to ensure a robust safety culture. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in ISO Standards and UAE HSE Regulations and a proactive approach to incident investigation, defensive driving briefings, and safety documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QHSE policies and ISO standards across all operations to meet management and safety targets.
- Support safety integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in risk assessments, audit reports, and HSE documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and defensive driving awareness sessions.
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions to foster continuous improvement and professional organizational reporting.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and reporting systems to optimize hazard identification and professional compliance tracking.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus mandatory NEBOSH or IOSH Certification.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience specifically within HSE roles, ideally in transport or logistics.
- Strong background in management of QHSE policies, workplace safety, and ISO standards.
- Professional background in education or training regarding occupational health, defensive driving, and incident investigation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work independently on site-based responsibilities, and exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard logistics firm in Dubai.
