Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage full-spectrum HR functions for management and workforce performance review. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies, leading transformation initiatives, and ensuring strict compliance with UAE labor laws. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Organizational Restructuring and Performance Tracking Frameworks and a proactive approach to recruitment, policy development, and culture enhancement. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to meet management and workforce planning targets.
- Support talent integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in onboarding records, performance evaluations, and labor law compliance.
- Liaise with senior leadership and department heads to ensure HR transformation initiatives support long-term business objectives.
- Lead policy development and organizational restructuring programs to enhance operational efficiency and professional organizational reporting.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and automated HR systems to optimize accountability frameworks and professional talent tracking.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration plus relevant Senior HR Credentials.
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience specifically within the construction industry (inc. 4-6 years UAE managerial).
- Strong background in management of full-spectrum HR operations, from recruitment to organizational culture enhancement.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor laws, HR transformation, and process automation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, exhibit strategic thinking, and possess a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard engineering firm in Dubai.
