Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our front-of-house team as Baristas, Waiters, Waitresses, and Hostesses. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage guest interactions for management and service performance review. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing premium beverages, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Guest Relations and Hospitality Service Standards and a proactive approach to team collaboration and memorable guest experiences. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience to meet management and service targets.
  • Support service integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in beverage preparation, food service, and seating management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient coordination.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of service areas to facilitate professional organizational reporting and hygiene standards.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and POS systems to optimize order management and professional service delivery.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or a relevant certification in Hospitality Management.
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
  • Strong background in management of guest expectations, interpersonal communication, and team-oriented tasks.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding F&B service protocols, barista techniques, and customer care.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain a positive attitude, and exhibit a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard hospitality destination in Dubai.
