Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Facilities Manager specialized in Mobilization to join our operations team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle project setup and departmental coordination for management and site performance review. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of manpower and materials during the mobilization phase before taking full ownership of site operations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Project Lifecycle Coordination and Resource Allocation and a proactive approach to resolving operational delays. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate critical mobilization tasks to meet management and project initiation targets.
  • Support operational integrity in the UAE, ensuring 100% precision in manpower planning and resource availability.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources, Procurement, and Operations departments to ensure smooth project execution and internal coordination.
  • Monitor project progress and address delays proactively to facilitate professional organizational reporting and seamless site handover.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track mobilization metrics and manage daily operations for assigned facilities post-setup.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related professional field.
  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience specifically within FM mobilization and operational setup.
  • Strong background in management of cross-functional teams, procurement coordination, and resource mobilization.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding on-site health and safety, project management, and FM best practices.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work under pressure, and meet tight mobilization deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support a high-standard FM group in the UAE.
