Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can maintain complete books of accounts for management and reporting performance review. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and developing MIS reports for strategic decision-making. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Reporting Principles and VAT Compliance and a proactive approach to reconciliations and daily accounting operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts to meet management and timely reporting targets.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in financial statements and cash flow planning.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate daily operations and reconciliations.
- Prepare detailed MIS reports and assist in VAT return filing to facilitate professional organizational reporting and compliance.
- Work extensively on Information Technology tools and Tally accounting software to ensure accuracy in all financial records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience specifically in maintaining books of accounts.
- Strong background in management of financial statements, cash flow statements, and MIS reporting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding VAT laws, Tally software, and accounting principles.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong analytical skills, and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard finance group in Dubai.
