Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to join our media production team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can produce high-quality visual content for management and sales performance review. You will be responsible for property walkthroughs, agent branding reels, and promotional videos optimized for global social media platforms. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Visual Storytelling and Real Estate Marketing Strategy and a proactive approach to content creation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video content to meet management and property marketing targets.
- Support visual integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in property walkthroughs and virtual tours.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and marketing teams to facilitate professional agent branding and event coverage.
- Edit and optimize video content to facilitate professional organizational reporting and impactful social media presence.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and high-end camera equipment to ensure all content aligns with strategic brand identity.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film Making, or a related professional field.
- Proven professional experience specifically within a real estate brokerage environment.
- Strong background in management of video post-production, lighting setups, and gimbal operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding social media trends and video-first marketing strategies.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a strong eye for detail, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard property group in Dubai.
