Job Description:
We are seeking qualified and passionate educators for multiple roles, including core subjects (Math, Science, English), Arabic, Islamic Education, and Art Teachers. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality American Curriculum lessons to meet management and student learning targets.
- Support academic integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% compliance with ADEK qualification and recruitment standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic leadership to facilitate professional organizational reporting and collaborative teaching.
- Monitor student development and implement effective classroom management strategies to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and innovative teaching methods to maximize student engagement and academic excellence.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Subject Specialization, or a related professional teaching certification.
- Mandatory professional teaching experience specifically within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of classroom environments, student behavior, and academic performance tracking.
- Professional background in education regarding the American Curriculum and ADEK compliance standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong communication skills, and contribute positively to a team.
