Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can effectively support customers through their visa application journey for management and client satisfaction performance review. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support throughout the visa processing journey to meet management and client retention targets.
  • Support service integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in client records and interactions.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and improved process efficiency.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to manage multiple client requests efficiently.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Customer Service or a related field.
  • Must be a Native Russian speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Proven professional ability within visa services, customer experience, or client success roles.
  • Strong background in management of the customer journey, inquiry resolution, and process streamlining.
  • Professional background in education regarding visa regulations, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a high level of empathy, and have excellent attention to detail.
