Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Engineer – Roads/Highways to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver complex infrastructure projects for management and technical performance review. You will be responsible for road design processes, ensuring adherence to regional standards, and collaborating with diverse teams to meet project delivery goals. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Highway Design Methodology and Regional Infrastructure Standards and a proactive approach to project excellence. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design processes for roads and highways to meet management and project delivery schedules.
- Support infrastructure integrity in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% precision in technical drawings and regional compliance.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and multidisciplinary engineering teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and project synergy.
- Provide high-level technical expertise in road geometry, pavement design, and infrastructure planning.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced design software to simulate and optimize highway layouts.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related professional field.
- 10 to 12 years of overall professional experience specifically in roads and highways design.
- Mandatory experience working on infrastructure projects within Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
- Strong background in management of complex design workflows and collaborative project delivery.
- Professional background in education or training regarding regional engineering standards and advanced design software.
- Currently residing in the UAE; Arabic language skills are considered an added advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and contribute effectively to large-scale infrastructure developments in Dubai.
