Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements to meet management and regulatory standards.
- Support financial integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and external auditors to facilitate professional organizational reporting and internal controls.
- Oversee project costing, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure long-term operational stability.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced ERP systems for financial analysis and strategic reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory CA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is required.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience within the UAE is highly preferred.
- Strong background in management of cash flows, budgeting, and financial planning for the contracting or real estate sectors.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess advanced Excel skills, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to support a high-standard organization in Dubai.
