Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused HR Officer to join our structured team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle HR operations and administrative support for management and employee lifecycle review. You will be responsible for coordinating onboarding logistics, managing visa cancellations, and ensuring strict compliance with UAE labor regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Administrative Coordination and a proactive approach to maintaining organizational efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries to meet management and policy transparency standards.
  • Support people integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% precision in employee records, documentation, and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with Human Resources Business Partners and department heads to facilitate professional organizational reporting and smooth day-to-day HR functions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including visa cancellations, logistics for medical appointments, and exit interview feedback collection.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HRMS platforms to oversee Admin Services Assistants and track HQ driver coordination efficiently.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically in HR operations or administrative support roles.
  • Strong background in management of UAE labor regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Professional background in education regarding onboarding logistics, record management, and exit interview processes.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong organizational skills, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively in Abu Dhabi.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to provide clear guidance on complex company procedures.
