Job Description:
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Counter Staff to join our team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage financial transactions and remittance services for management and compliance performance review. You will be responsible for handling wage disbursement, processing KYC/CDD procedures, and delivering exceptional service to our diverse clientele. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Remittances, Compliance Standards, and Customer Relations and a proactive approach to fast-paced transaction management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing remittances accurately to meet management and service efficiency standards.
- Support financial integrity in the UAE, ensuring 100% precision in KYC, CDD, and EDD compliance procedures.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and operations team to facilitate professional organizational workflow and professional complaint resolution.
- Manage wage disbursement processes, including WPS salary processing and SIF file operations for corporate clients.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and third-party remittance systems to maintain organized records and protect customer data confidentiality.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience specifically in a similar counter or exchange service role (preferred).
- Strong background in management of remittance services, customer inquiries, and phone-based support.
- Professional background in education regarding KYC/CDD compliance, WPS file submissions, and exchange regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide a welcoming attitude in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners and candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given significant preference.
