Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can act as the primary point of contact for management and patient service review. You will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, processing payments, and maintaining strict confidentiality of patient records. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Front Desk Operations, Practice Management Systems, and Patient Coordination and a proactive approach to handling multi-departmental enquiries. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors professionally to meet management and service hospitality standards.
- Support administrative integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in appointment scheduling, patient bookings, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and clinical staff to facilitate professional organizational flow and seamless patient transitions.
- Process payments and manage cash handling responsibilities in accordance with official practice management procedures.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Office to maintain organized systems and ensure the confidentiality of data.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Professional experience specifically as a dental receptionist or in a healthcare customer service role (highly preferred).
- Strong background in management of practice management software, phone enquiries, and front-desk coordination.
- Professional background in education regarding patient confidentiality, record management, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional appearance in Dubai.
