Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed professionals to join our expanding team in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with British curriculum standards to meet management and academic benchmarks.
- Support educational integrity in Dubai by managing classroom activities, assisting lead teachers, and fostering positive learning environments.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and administrative teams to ensure smooth front-desk operations and accurate handling of inquiries (Receptionist role).
- Monitor student progress and contribute to overall school development through collaborative pedagogical practices.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to enhance instruction (ICT) and maintain organized administrative records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience specifically within the British Curriculum.
- Strong background in management of classroom behavior, student learning objectives, and administrative inquiries.
- Professional background in education regarding pedagogical delivery, student well-being, and curriculum alignment.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a proactive attitude, and work effectively in Dubai.
- Flexibility for temporary assignments is essential for candidates applying for maternity cover positions.
