Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage core accounting operations and hospital financial cycles for management and internal audit performance review. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing the general ledger, and ensuring accuracy in all month-end closing activities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Healthcare Accounting, Financial Compliance, and Data Validation and a proactive approach to handling complex financial data. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to meet management and global fiscal standards.
- Support financial integrity in Dubai, managing the general ledger and account reconciliations with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of financial data validation and reporting accuracy.
- Execute month-end and year-end closing activities while ensuring full compliance with internal reporting requirements.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced Excel functions (AVERAGE, INDEX-MATCH, IF) to perform detailed margin analysis and track institutional profitability.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CMA certification is mandatory.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within the hospital or healthcare sectors.
- Strong background in management of financial recordkeeping, audits, and internal reporting systems.
- Professional background in education regarding Odoo accounting systems, advanced Excel methodologies, and financial compliance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, manage strict deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in Dubai.
