Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Operations Assistant Van Driver to join our growing team in Al Warsan, Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage both driving responsibilities and logistics support for management and supply chain performance review. You will be responsible for timely deliveries, warehouse assistance, and maintaining vehicle standards across assigned routes. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Safe Driving Practices, Dubai Traffic Regulations, and Physical Coordination and a proactive approach to operational efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform delivery tasks safely and efficiently to meet management and workflow benchmarks.
- Support logistical integrity in Dubai, assisting with loading/unloading and warehouse tasks with 100% precision in shipment handling.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and operations team to facilitate professional organizational coordination and task execution.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical standards while adhering strictly to UAE traffic regulations and safety policies.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for route navigation and coordination with the central operations hub.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proven professional driving experience within the UAE (logistics or delivery experience preferred).
- Strong background in management of physical tasks, route planning, and time-sensitive delivery schedules.
- Professional background in education regarding traffic safety, vehicle maintenance, and basic communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain a team-oriented attitude, and work effectively in Al Warsan, Dubai.
