Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support our expanding shipping operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can exceed revenue targets and manage complex client relations for management and business development performance review. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Maritime Sales, NVOCC Market Dynamics, and Negotiation and a proactive approach to building long-term partnerships. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in meeting revenue targets to align with management and growth benchmarks.
  • Support commercial integrity in Dubai, preparing quotations and managing client follow-ups with 100% precision in pricing and terms.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and operations teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and support the strategic positioning of NVOCC services.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to manage the client base and track sales performance metrics.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience in the shipping, logistics, or NVOCC industry.
  • Strong background in management of client relationships, sales presentations, and multi-priority tasks.
  • Professional background in education regarding regional market dynamics, negotiation skills, and commercial strategy.
