Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Creative Designer with a passion for events and exhibitions to join our dynamic team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can transform concepts into brand activations for management and execution performance review. You will be responsible for developing 2D and 3D visuals, managing layouts, and ensuring all outputs align with client objectives. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Experiential Design, Visual Storytelling, and Technical Rendering and a proactive approach to high-quality project delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design concepts to meet management and brand activation standards.
- Support visual integrity in Dubai and Sharjah, creating engaging presentation decks and layouts with 100% precision in brand alignment.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and production teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination and project delivery.
- Interpret complex client briefs and manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools including Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software (3ds Max/SketchUp) to produce high-fidelity visual outputs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong professional portfolio showcasing extensive work in events, exhibitions, or experiential design.
- Strong background in management of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D design tools.
- Professional background in education regarding creative thinking, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work on-site, and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
