Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and well-organized Female Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can create a welcoming atmosphere and manage client experiences for management and operational performance review. You will be responsible for appointment scheduling, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the reception area. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Client Interaction, Booking Systems, and Administrative Coordination and a proactive approach to maintaining a positive environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and manage clients warmly to meet management and service quality benchmarks.
- Support service integrity in Dubai, managing the booking system and daily schedules with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal therapists to facilitate professional organizational coordination of service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries through professional phone and digital communication channels while maintaining an organized reception area.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools including booking software and messaging platforms to track client history and appointments.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Customer Service is a plus.
- Proven professional experience in hospitality, healthcare, or beauty reception.
- Strong background in management of front-office operations, multitasking, and interpersonal communication.
- Professional background in education regarding digital booking systems, patient empathy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work full-time, and ideally reside near JVC, Dubai.
