Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant / Procurement Officer to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can efficiently manage both financial accounting tasks and procurement operations for management and operational performance review. You will be responsible for sourcing, vendor selection, maintaining accurate financial records, and purchase order processing. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Contract Administration, Cost Optimization, and Vendor Management and a proactive approach to supporting business growth. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial records to meet management and fiscal standards.
• Support procurement integrity in Dubai, handling vendor selection and sourcing with 100% precision in purchase documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of procurement requirements.
• Ensure proper accounts payable and receivable management, including rigorous reconciliations and supplier relationship maintenance.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor purchase accounting transactions and generate procurement reports for performance review.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in dual accounting and procurement roles (Construction/Precast preferred).
• Strong background in management of negotiation, contract administration, and cost optimization techniques.
• Professional background in education regarding financial recordkeeping, vendor selection, and organizational multitasking.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment in Dubai.
