Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can assist in day-to-day accounting tasks and financial processing for management and compliance performance review. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal audit activities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accounting Principles, Financial Reconciliation, and Operational Reporting and a proactive approach to supporting smooth workflows. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting operations to meet management and financial processing benchmarks.
• Support fiscal integrity in Sharjah, preparing financial statements and reconciliations with 100% precision in documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and the finance team to facilitate professional organizational coordination of routine accounting tasks.
• Support internal audits and compliance-related activities by maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Excel to track financial data and improve reporting efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional accounting experience (Must be currently based in the UAE).
• Strong background in management of financial reporting, accounting principles, and Excel-based data analysis.
• Professional background in education regarding financial documentation, audit support, and multicultural workplace communication.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
