Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with valid G+4 approval from Dubai Municipality to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle on-site construction activities and ensure project compliance for management and safety performance review. You will be responsible for active site supervision, project coordination, and ensuring that all construction activities meet safety and regulatory requirements. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Site Supervision, Project Execution, and DM Regulations and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities to meet management and project execution benchmarks.
- Support structural integrity in Dubai, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of contractors and stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress and maintain rigorous quality control to ensure projects are executed within local standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid G+4 approval from Dubai Municipality (Mandatory).
- 3 to 5 years of professional construction experience within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of site supervision, project execution, and local building regulations.
- Professional background in education regarding safety practices, project scheduling, and technical reporting.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong technical skills, and join immediately in Dubai.
