Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CAFM Administrator to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily system operations and updates for management and maintenance performance review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of assets, generating analytics dashboards, and coordinating service requests. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in CAFM Software, Asset Tracking, and Data Analytics and a proactive approach to optimizing digital facility management processes. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and updates within the CAFM system to meet management and operational benchmarks.
- Support system integrity in Dubai, maintaining accurate records of assets and maintenance activities with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and operations teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of service requests and schedules.
- Generate detailed reports, analytics, and performance dashboards for management review and decision-making.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to improve and optimize facility management processes and data management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in facilities management or maintenance coordination.
- Strong background in management of CAFM software (Concept, FSI, Maximo, etc.), MS Office Suite, and data tools.
- Professional background in education regarding asset tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, and technical reporting.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess high attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in Dubai.
