Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Secretary / Personal Assistant to join our professional team at Yas Island. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can provide comprehensive administrative support and manage documentation for management and daily operational performance review. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring smooth office workflows in a creative environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Bilingual Correspondence, AI Tool Integration, and Office Coordination and a proactive approach to supporting leadership needs. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal assistance to meet management and creative benchmarks.
  • Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, managing office records and correspondence with 100% precision in both Arabic and English.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and creative teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of daily activities and meetings.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication within the team to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient task execution.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools, including AI applications and the MS Office Suite, to optimize documentation and presentation tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong background in management of schedules, typing speed, and organizational records.
  • Professional background in education regarding AI tools, modern technologies, and effective interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong time management skills, and thrive in a Yas Island creative workplace.
