Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher to join our professional elementary team. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-focused lessons in English, Math, and Science to meet management and academic benchmarks.
- Support educational integrity in the UAE, creating a positive classroom atmosphere with 100% precision in following school policies.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and fellow educators to facilitate professional organizational coordination of school initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance while adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local educational standards and degree equivalency requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Teaching license preferred).
- Proven professional experience teaching elementary-level core subjects.
- Strong background in management of classroom environments and student-focused feedback.
- Professional background in education regarding degree equivalency, pedagogical best practices, and effective communication.
